Our Staff have each been personally chosen by Gym Owner and Manager Hannah Chappell, so her gym has the best staff. Each Staff Member has had the best training to ensure we are able to help and assist you in any way possible.

Staff Member of the Month

Kelly Smith is a Personal Trainer and runs 'Boot Camp'. Kelly got into the fitness industry 5 years ago. While at school she always wanted to work within the fitness, so she could help people improve their lives. And since then she has been doing that ever since. She has changed the lives of hundreds with her dedication to helping her clients improve their lives. She now runs the 'Boot Camp' class that is held 4 times a week.
